Job Description
The Service Account Representative serves as the voice of the customer and acts as a liaison between the Hussmann sales branch and factory to satisfy customer requests and resolve issues. You will ensure that customer specifications and requests are met by entering accurate data, and troubleshoot problems/issues as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the receipt and entry f original equipment and/or parts orders from sales branches, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to acknowledging.
Effectively communicate with sales branches, internal departments and plant management to keep everyone abreast of the status of the sales orders throughout the life cycle of the orders.
Work closely with the production scheduling department to ensure the plant committed shop dates of orders are communicated to the sales branches in a timely manner.
Ensure all sales order changes are coordinated with production scheduling, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to verify the plants ability to accept the changes.
Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service interface skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3 years experience
  • High School diploma
  • Must be customer focused and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent English, written and verbal.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
