Specific Duties Include:

  • Create and execute local store marketing tactics including social media, store digital displays and website content.
  • Support the Marketing Business Strategists in establishing and evaluating marketing plans by analyzing and assembling data, updating calendars, and organizing and planning tactics.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Execute field support projects such as decal placement guides and manufacturer partner coop programs.
  • Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met.
  • Manage tradeshow collateral and booth properties. Ensure consistency across the company footprint.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ experience supporting marketing initiatives and activities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and possess strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on supporting and completing assigned projects and meeting deliverables on time.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
  • Up to 10 percent travel is required
