What We Need:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Product Launch, to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team to join our team located in Muscatine, Iowa.
As the Marketing Manager, Product Launch you will assist the marketing manager to work collaboratively with broad cross-functional teams to lead, develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives assigned to designated area of function.
What You Will Do:
- Works with leadership and cross functional teams to understand and define business strategies and support business strategies with strategic marketing initiatives to help grow business and generate revenue.
- Support strategic marketing plans for development of brand content to targeted audience segments highlighting company programs, initiatives, and services for new and existing products.
- Work with manager and cross-functional teams to understand and support business strategies, strategic marketing initiatives, supporting budgetary planning and compliance.
- Acts as a frontline brand ambassador ensuring content, user interface, communications and promotions are consistent and optimized in terms of content, voice, and style.
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant business experience in Marketing, Sales, or Communications.
What You're Good At:
- Written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking ability, strong organization, and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to build, maintain and maximize working relationships with members from all levels of an organization as well as external business partners.
- Working independently with strong project management skills, and ability to use project management tools.
