Expected pay for this position is $45.15 - $59.82/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of the Radiation Oncology department.
• Ensures the provision of high quality services in accordance with Cancer Center, Medical Center and regulatory requirements.
• Assists in the development of, implementing, and administering new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans.
• Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.

This position is eleigible for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus with a 2 year work agreement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, or BS with credentials/licensure in Radiation Therapy Leadership Experience
• 3-5 years work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience
• Analytical abilities necessary in order to assist in preparing and administering budgets, developing quality and productivity measures, developing goals, policies and procedures, and evaluating departmental compliance with institutional, regulatory and professional standards.
• Knowledge of business and management theory, information systems theory and leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in business or healthcare related field
• Work related experience in Radiation Oncology
• Licensure/Certifications in a Radiation Oncology
