SAP CO Controlling Analyst

Location: USA Virtual / Remote

The SAP RTR CO Analyst at H.B. Fuller will report to the Sr. IT Manager and has the primary responsibility of configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SAP system in the areas of SAP Finance and Controlling for the process industry module.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cost Accounting:

  • Creation and maintenance of cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, their relevant groups and / or hierarchies
  • CO integration topics and relevant integration topics with PP and other modules in SAP
  • Configure and support product costing including cost runs, work in process and month- end settlements

Fixed Assets:

  • Configure and support chart of depreciations in North America, EIMEA, Latin America and other regions
  • Master data creation / load using LSMW and other load tools
  • Period-end and year-end closing, reporting, and asset history sheets
  • Internal settlements to AUC and capitalization

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT in a large multi-national business with a preference for manufacturing
  • Configuration experience in the SAP CO module
  • Analyze and support CO business processes and users
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving with business acumen
  • TRAVEL: 5-10% travel is expected.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in the following areas of FI: ledger-based accounting, account receivables, account payable/open text, fixed asset accounting, bank accounting, new GL, bank communications, and payments
  • Expertise in controlling modules: cost centre, profit centre accounting, internal orders, make-to-stock product costing, and profitability costing-based COPA analysis
  • Knowledge of key integration points with CO like SD-COPA/GL and MM-GL

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.
