Summary:
Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team tothe PCC and the attending physician for the provision of skilled nursingassessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health ofpatients and families consistent with RehabCare HomeCare and Hospice policiesand procedures. Reports to the PCC.
Qualifications:Education:Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing orNursing Diploma program, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, preferred.
Valid RN license in the state employed. Current driver'slicense.
Current CPR certification. CHPCN certification, preferred.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional nurse and preferably one year in an acute setting. Homecare or hospice experience, preferred.
